A furnished — 풀옵션 (full-option) — rental in Korea typically includes the appliances and fittings you need from day one:

• Kitchen: refrigerator, cooktop/induction, microwave, sometimes a washing machine.
• Comfort: air-conditioning, often built-in wardrobes and lighting.
• Sometimes included: a bed, desk and chair (common in officetels and studios aimed at singles).

Buying furniture and appliances for a one- or two-year stay is costly and slow.
