How Realtors Get Landlord Listings on Seoul Homes
Última actualización: 2026-08-29 · Seoul Homes
Some properties on Seoul Homes are listed directly by their owner — a landlord or seller — without going through an agency. Realtors can request authority to represent one of these listings from their dashboard, and once the owner approves, the listing is theirs to work with. It costs nothing to try.

What landlord/seller listings are
Seoul Homes lets property owners — landlords and sellers — list directly, not just licensed agents. Because these listings have no agent attached yet, they're open for a realtor to ask about representing.
How to use it
- Open your dashboard and go to Properties → Landlord Listings.
- Browse the listings and click Ask to publish on one you're interested in.
- Introduce yourself and explain why you'd like to publish it.
- The owner reviews your request and approves or declines it.
- Once approved, you have authority on that listing. Actually creating your own listing from it is a separate step you handle yourself.
Good to know
- It's free. Anyone can send a request, subscribed or not.
- No contact info is shared. Every message goes through a form — phone numbers and emails are never exposed.
- The owner's original listing stays live either way. General buyer/tenant inquiries keep going straight to the owner.
- Approval isn't automatic republishing. It grants you authority — publishing your own listing from it is still a manual step.
