Why we exist
Renting or buying in Seoul can be daunting when you do not speak Korean: unfamiliar lease types like jeonse and wolse, deposits worth tens of thousands of dollars, and contracts in a language you may not read. Seoul Homes exists to remove that friction — every listing is in English, handled by a licensed agent who can guide you through the deposit, the contract, and the paperwork.
How we verify our realtors
When a listing shows a “verified” realtor, here is exactly what that means:
Licensed and registered
Every agent is a licensed Korean real-estate broker (공인중개사). Before listing anything, they register their brokerage business name (상호), representative (대표), and official brokerage registration number (등록번호).
Reviewed before approval
Our team checks each agent's registration before the account is approved. Unapproved agents cannot publish a single listing.
Credentials shown publicly
Every listing and agent profile displays the agent's registered business details, so you can verify them independently with the local authority.
English-capable contact
Agents provide working contact details and respond in English, so foreign clients can actually reach the person behind a listing.
