Where KIS families live
Pangyo itself is the obvious first look: purpose-built apartment complexes, walkable to the Techno Valley offices, and close enough to campus that the school run stops being a daily calculation. Supply is the constraint rather than suitability — Pangyo is compact and turnover is limited.
Bundang, immediately south, is the larger market and where most families end up. Jeongja and Sunae in particular offer far more choice, an established international community, and a short drive north. Older Bundang stock is cheaper than Pangyo for comparable space, which is the trade most families make.
