Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to paid advertisement and listing-promotion purchases on Seoul Homes, which are paid once via Toss Payments. Browsing listings, sending inquiries, and free listings involve no payment and are not covered here.

2. Before Your Ad Goes Live

Each ad order is reviewed by an administrator before it starts displaying. If you cancel before your ad has been approved and started displaying, you are entitled to a full refund.

3. After Your Ad Goes Live

Once your ad has started displaying, the advertising service for that period has been provided, and the purchase is non-refundable. The only exception is where the ad fails to display due to our fault — in that case we will re-run the ad for the affected period or refund that period.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your order ID. Approved refunds are returned to the original Toss payment method.

5. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce or other applicable law. Payment and contract records are retained for the statutory period. For any questions, contact us at [email protected].
