Seoul Homes lets property owners — landlords and sellers — list directly, not just licensed agents. Because these listings have no agent attached yet, they're open for a realtor to ask about representing.

How to use it

Open your dashboard and go to Properties → Landlord Listings.
Browse the listings and click Ask to publish on one you're interested in.
Introduce yourself and explain why you'd like to publish it.
The owner reviews your request and approves or declines it.
Once approved, you have authority on that listing. Actually creating your own listing from it is a separate step you handle yourself.
