Moving, working, or studying in Spain long-term?

Beyond the digital nomad track, Spain residency, work, and study procedures generally require both properly translated/apostilled Korean documents and legal guidance on the Spanish side. We formalized a partnership with OROZCO ABOGADOS, an immigration-focused law firm in Madrid, after a business trip to their office in June 2025 — built on their years of experience and standing in Spanish immigration law.

Who needs this

Koreans and long-term residents pursuing Spanish residency through work, study, family reunification, or long-term stay routes that fall outside the digital nomad visa — anyone whose case needs both Korean-side document certification and Spain-side legal representation working together rather than separately.

Why work with both offices together

Handling the Korea side and the Spain side separately often creates timing problems — a document apostilled too early can expire before the Spain-side filing is ready, or a Spain-side deadline can pass while Korean paperwork is still in process. Coordinating both sides from one point of contact keeps the sequence aligned.

Turnaround

About the partnership

HOLA is based in Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do, working in Korean and Spanish, Monday–Friday 2:00 PM–8:00 PM KST. OROZCO ABOGADOS handles the Spain-side legal advice and representation independently, under its own professional responsibility.
